Terms of Service

The service

onBusiness helps Page admins draft and optionally send public replies to Facebook comments using knowledge you supply. Suggestions are assistive; you remain responsible for what is posted as your Page.

Your account

You must have authority to connect the Facebook Page you authorize. Keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for complying with Meta’s Platform Terms and Community Standards.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for spam, harassment, or deception.
• Do not upload unlawful content or content you do not have rights to use.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape other users’ data, or disrupt the service.

AI suggestions

Drafts may be incomplete or incorrect. Always review before sending, especially prices, availability, legal claims, and medical or financial advice. Approval mode is recommended for production use.

Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses from replies posted to Facebook, Meta API changes, or third-party outages.

Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect Facebook at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms or Meta policies.
