About onBusiness

Business buying should start with the requirement—not a sponsored directory rank

onBusiness is building a lower-friction sourcing desk for India: buyers speak naturally, AI creates an editable requirement, and supplier discovery follows the approved technical and commercial scope.

Operating principles

Trust has to be visible in the product language

Buyer approval

An AI-generated draft is not treated as final. Buyers can edit every field and approve the scope before outreach.

Precise statuses

“Discovered,” “contact confirmed,” and “requirement checked” are separate states with separate evidence.

Honest independence

onBusiness does not imply affiliation with public directories and does not claim that payment proves supplier capability.

Verification and claims policy

Supplier information may originate from public websites, public business directories, supplier submissions, or direct conversations. The source and the checks completed should determine the label shown to a buyer. A supplier is never described as verified only because it has a listing, ranking, paid profile, or website.

Technical, statutory, safety, environmental, medical, financial, and legal claims remain subject to buyer diligence and qualified professional review. onBusiness can help collect evidence and make quotations comparable; it cannot replace specialist approval.

Editorial policy

Public industry pages are written to answer real procurement questions and define the information needed for a usable requirement. They should avoid invented statistics, unverified customer outcomes, hidden sponsorship, and generic AI filler. Material corrections can be sent to hello@onbusiness.in.

Commercial transparency

The intended model is a success fee on completed, qualified introductions. Any fee basis, payer, trigger, and amount must be disclosed before it applies. onBusiness should not conceal commercial arrangements inside a supplier's quoted price.
