onBusiness (“we”, “us”) helps businesses draft suggested replies to public Facebook Page comments using business and video knowledge you provide. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Who we are

Data we process

  • Facebook Login identifiers, name, and access tokens needed to manage your connected Page.
  • Page metadata, videos/posts you sync, and public comments on those posts when automation is enabled.
  • Knowledge you upload or type (FAQs, documents, AI Q&A previews) used to ground reply suggestions.
  • Draft and sent public reply logs for activity, approval, and auditing.
  • Technical logs (timestamps, error codes) required to operate the service.

How we use data

  • Authenticate you and keep your session secure.
  • Generate suggested public comment replies from your knowledge context (approval-first by default).
  • Post replies to Facebook only when you enable sending and the comment pipeline is authorized to do so.
  • Improve reliability, security, and support.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use Page comment content to train public foundation models.

Meta / Facebook data

Facebook data is processed under Meta’s Platform Terms and your Page admin consent. We request only permissions needed for Page content, comments, and public replies. You can disconnect Facebook and revoke access in Meta’s settings at any time.

Storage

Application data is stored in our hosted database and infrastructure providers (for example Vercel for the app and PostgreSQL for persistence). AI reply generation may be sent to our configured inference host solely to produce draft text for your account.

Retention

We keep account, knowledge, comment, and reply records while your account is active and as needed for legal or security obligations. You may request deletion of your account data by emailing the contact above.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised policy.
